Plattsmouth Civic Body Reorganized at Public Meeting
Plattsmouth civic leaders and citizens gathered at the public library auditorium to reorganize the Commercial club, soon to be renamed the Chamber of Commerce, elect new officers led by John P. St Marys Guild Holds Meeting
From Thursday's Daily the St Marys guild met at St Luke's rectory hosted by Madame Leete and Mrs W S Leete for the first Lenten season gathering. No refreshments were served due to penitence observance. Members worked on needle articles for the annual shop and enjoyed formal musical numbers including piano by Miss Mary Rucker and vocal selections by Mrs A T Fitt Mrs T B Petersen and Mrs Percy Field.

Popel Case Moves to Plattsmouth for Trial
After the Nebraska Supreme Court granted a new trial to Frank Popel Jr., the venue change was argued before Judge Begley in Nebraska City.
