Suit Filed in District Court Over 1911 Note

Pioneer Isaac Nelson Dies at 82 in Cass County
Isaac Nelson age 82, longtime Cass county farmer, died Tuesday night at his son L W Nelson’s home five miles south of Plattsmouth. He had lived in the county forty years and is survived by three children Mrs R D McNurlin of Weeping Water Mrs C L Martin and L W Nelson of Plattsmouth and several grandchildren. Funeral Thursday at 2 PM from United Brethren church with burial in Horning cemetery.

Former Plattsmouth Citizen Shoots Self After Wounding Wife
William Herald a former Plattsmouth resident and police patrolman shot his wife at their Omaha home and then killed himself amid a daylong drunken spree.
