Jack Marshall age 26 son of Coun cilman Adam Marshall of this city was found dying in the men's room at Billings Union station. He traveled from Columbus Montana on Sunday and told the depot master he had taken poison. A note in his coat said he was forced to do this by two fellows. He died after being rushed to the hospital.
