Death of Ernest Roesner Shocks Lincoln Friends
Ernest Roesner died at his Lincoln home Tuesday after a two week illness from typhoid fever. Born June 1 1878 in Saxony Germany he lived most of his life in the United States arriving as a child. He married August 27 1903 in Plattsmouth to Martha Luschinsky and worked as a shift engineer for the Burlington in Lincoln. He leaves his wife his father and two brothers Paul of Lincoln and August in South Dakota. Funeral arrangements were not set pending word from his Dakota brother. Mrs. Rosener is sister to George Luschinsky and cousin of Mrs Joosehulhof.
