Miss Hillebrand and Mr Webb were surprised by thirteen couples of married friends at the M W A hall in Plattsmouth. The Amusu Married Folks Dancing club organized a full evening with music by the Kroehlier orchestra and a luncheon. Chief Barclay presented Webb with a wrist watch and urged duty to liberty as the crowd toasted the couple and danced into the night.

Omaha Lad Sent Home After Texas Ranch Visit
A fourteen to eighteen year old boy, Leo Stanwood of Omaha, rode a southbound Missouri Pacific train to rest en route to Texas ranches where he hoped to punch cows. Officers detained him overnight. His father, a carpenter in Omaha, was contacted and asked to take the boy back for another trial. Sheriff Quinton arranged a Burlington ticket and sent Leo home this morning.
