Mrs Petter Called to Final Rest in Omaha
Mrs W J H Petter of Plattsmouth died after a months long illness at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha. Canon Petter, her husband, cared for her at home and at the hospital. Ethel May McIntyre born in Woodstock Ontario, educated in Toronto, married in Prince Rupert BC in 1913, moved to the United States in 1925 and to Plattsmouth in 1951 to lead St Luke's parish. She is survived by her husband and her Toronto mother CC McIntyre, with funeral at St Luke's Friday at 2 pm and interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.

Mrs H M Donet of Omaha, formerly of this city, is reported in very serious condition at her home. She has been ill for some time and has gradually worsened in recent weeks, making recovery doubtful. The Denat family lived here about thirty years ago.

R. H. Fitch, with son Hobert Fiten Jr., suffered a deep wound when a hunting knife in a case shifted during a crash to the left shoulder. The car struck a tree near Reck Bluffs and returned to Pisitemouth as Fitch bled heavily. He remains weak and bedbound after medical care.

Mules Bring Record Price At Local Auction
Rex Young, local auctioneer, conducted four sales in Otee county on Wednesday for Herr Boch ering cetite, selling six mules to a top price of 418 dollars. Park Improvement Financed With New City Funds
The athletic park project in the city received additional appropriations totaling 3900 dollars for park work and 500 dollars for SB material. Banks along the south were removed, filling lifted the park above Washington avenue, expanding to two fine baseball fields and an athletic area. Auto Truck Crash Near Murray Injures Auburn Messenger
A civil site-truck crash occurred just before noon on highway 75 north of Murray when L. O. Wilson of Auburn, representative of the Armour company, collided with a truck owned by L. E.
