Annual Bazaar a Success at St Marys Guild Event
The St Marys Guild second annual bazaar at Quates hall drew a large afternoon crowd and a bigger evening gathering. Decorations included red and green lights and Christmas bells while booths offered florals, market eats, a grab bag, and fancy work. Nearly 200 people enjoyed music, dancing, and refreshments served by Mrs Fricke and aides. The piece also notes Omaha Post Office stance on Santa Claus letters with several dozen letters headed to the dead letter office.
