In Lancaster and Cass counties the jury ruled the Henry Kettlehut will presented for probate was not his last testament. The dispute split five daughters and two sons against three sons and one daughter as to the document’s validity. The case traced back to land deeds made in 1920 and alleged undue influence by proponents.
