Jury to Await Read Of Newspapers In White Livingston Case

Audit on Collin County funds to be released Thursday

The 199th District Judge Tom Ryan says the long awaited survey audit will be released Thursday with a 9 a.m. closed session for the grand jury and CPA advisory board members. An open 1 p.m. public hearing will follow in the district courtroom. The grand jury originally requested a full outside audit after testimony on fund mismanagement.

Hunt Properties forms two divisions in major reorganization

Hunt Properties announced a nationwide reorganization creating Metropolitan and Development divisions. George R. McVay will lead the Metropolitan Division and expand duties with Woodbine Development Corp. William L. Hamm heads the Development Division handling Plano Richardson Lewisville and Mesquite projects. Paul Stephens directs Promenade Shopping Center and related offices in Richardson with a $10 million expansion in progress. The firm now holds about 20,000 acres under development in the Dallas Fort Worth area and beyond.

Chamber Plans Recycling Center

The Women’s Division of the Chamber of Commerce seeks a recycling center modeled on a Richardson project.
