In West Bay, a storm swamped an overturned boat trapping four aboard. Johnny Fisher swam ashore to summon aid while the Coast Guard recovered Nolan Smith Allan Washington and Robert Deak. All men were unhurt. Fisher guided rescuers to the scene.
