The Planning and Zoning Commission rejected two cases at its Monday meeting denying annexation and permanent zoning for Hunt Properties on 22.7 acres at FM 544 and Preston Rd and for Ed Woodson on 215.6 acres east of Preston Rd north of FM 544 and south of Parker Rd. The panel will study retail impact at these intersections. Commissioners tabled a 58 acre land study near FM 544 west of Los Rios phase two. Centennial Homes plans 138 single family homes on the 43 acres with 15 acres zoned MF-1. Kendricks Addition lots six and seven were rezoned from GR to light commercial.
