Advance adult 3 50 student 1 50 at Plano schools and Tom Thumb Skaggs Albertson. gate 5. Parking opens 11 a m. gates at noon. Exact 1 parking fee urged.
PISD trustees meet in special session at 6 30 p m Tuesday to consider bids on selling 20 million dollars in school construction bonds. Bids, approved by voters in 1974 and 1977, will be opened at 4 p m by Frank Medanich of First Southwest Company. Bond funds finance Wells Elementary in Kimberlea addition and R C Clark High School with bids due Dec 22, plus future schools to accommodate growth.
The Daily Star-Courier thanks Ken Jennings and the Plano Quarterback Club for arranging Southwest Airlines charters and Greyhound shuttle buses for Wildcat fans. Fans were picked up at the airport, transported to a cafeteria near Jones Stadium, and returned after the game.
