Three Small Fires Reported to City Fire Dept

Kidnap Suspect Released After Victim Could Not Identify
An aggravated kidnapping suspect was released after the female victim could not identify him. The incident involved a man hiding in the back of a high school senior’s car on Navy 24 and threatening her with a gun. She arrived home, screamed, and the suspect fled.
