Lake Erie motor trip offers $5 round trip fare
As summer wanes motorists seek breaks from routine and sleep well on Lake Erie. The Cleveland Buffalo route runs daily at 9:00 p.m reaching the following morning at 7:30 with a $5 round trip for autos up to 127 inches wheelbase and $9 for larger wheels. Mr and Mrs Charles J Ward and family of Clinton Avenue stay at Asbury this week while Mr and Mrs Howard of Washington Avenue return home after a stay at Lake Hopatcong.
