A. M. Osborn Printing Office advertises front street location opposite the 2nd Presbyterian Church. Subscriptions priced at 1.25 dollars yearly in advance for village, 1.00 dollar for mail. 50 cents extra if not paid in advance. No paper discontinued until arrears are paid. Job printing offered at low cash prices.
An advertisement extols Tricophor ous or Medicated Compound for skin and hair ailments, and notes testimonials from medical men. It also lists a wide sale of dry goods at Miller & Ward 208 Broad, Newark, with many linens, muslins, silks, and summer wear at reduced prices and a schedule of farm implements from John Mayher & Co. New York.
