Two Society Cyclists Stranded From New Haven Tour

Two young men claiming New Haven high society bicycle across the country arrived in Minneapolis with no money and halted the trip. They sold their bikes in Minneapolis and continued by train to Cincinnati where the mayor provided tickets to Pittsburg. In Pittsburgh they sought tickets back to New Haven but were referred to a Poor Board. officials were absent and transportation declined. They refused to give names and their fate after leaving Pittsburgh is unknown.
