Paint Inventor Scheme Arrest In Conspiracy Case

Wasmscrox, Pa February 18 Special A plan to raise funds led to the arrest of John Decker, John Daley and George Swingle on conspiracy charges. Decker, inventor of a new paint mixture using crude and linseed oils, sought investors to form a company and build a paint factory. The scheme involved Connors and Fall and others, with payments and fake receipts totaling $3,000, after which the suspects planned to flee the country.
