Viola Fisher Declared Insane in Piqua Probate Court
In Priday afternoon Mrs Viola Fisher of Piqua was brought before the probate court and placed under consideration for her mental condition. She was found insane and ordered sent to the state institution at Dayton. Four children will be admitted to the Children’s Home. Her husband was electrocuted months ago when he touched a live wire during a storm, an event witnessed by the wife. For his death Mrs Fisher received $1,200.
