Fiddlers Convention in Carolina Music Hall March 25
The annual Fiddlers and Banjo Pickers Convention returns with Highland flair. Scots emigrants shaped local culture, Gaelic speakers linger, and the event funds a public school. Contestants perform five minute pieces, with judges scoring duets and dances, prizes totaling nine dollars plus banjo entries. Proceeds aid the Public School.
