Humphreys Leads Sevemty-Six in Spring Golf Qualifiers
Edward B. Humphreys of Camden Country Club led the spring golf tourney qualification with a 76. The tie for second at 79 included W. R. Tuckerman, G. H. Crocker, and Col. J. E. Smith. Moore beat Walcott Tuckerman in a playoff for the last first-division spot. 107 etched the cutoff for eighth division amid 189 entrants, a new local record under the Pinehurst System.
