Uncle Cy at the Cotillion in Carolina dance hall

The highlight is the bewhiskered Uncle Cy unveiling as John E Porter, drawing cheers, followed by a monster cake presentation to his partner Mrs. Herbert Jillson. The evening features multiple dances, races, favor figures, intermission punch, and elegant pink and white decor with volunteers from Boston Newark Worcester and Washington coordinating arrangements.
