A Leap Year social at the Holly Inn features exquisite toilettes and a brilliant scene. Mrs. Ketcham, Mrs. O'Brien, Mrs. Gildersleeve preside over favors. Miss Toffey and others managed arrangements. Twenty couples attended led by Mr. Parshall and Miss O'Brien, with lists of notable participants and gowns described. Gifts include books to Pinehurst Library from the Book Association of Friends.
