Eighty-Eighth Birthday for Dwight N Clarke at Holly Inn
Dwight N. Clark of Woodbridge Connecticut celebrated his 88th birthday at the Holly Inn attended by many friends. The event featured an ornate cake, gifts, and anecdotes about his lifelong health and golf habit. Clark, who began golf at 72 after leaving the cattle business, plays daily with three clubs and no caddy. He once scored 49 for nine holes at age 78 and holds a healthful routine spent seasons in Pinehurst and New Hampshire summers.
