Gardner Edges Knapp In Dramatic Advertising Golf Final
J P Gardner of Midlothian defeated J P Knapp of Garden City in a teen hole finale to win the annual Advertising Golf Tournament. Gardner sealed on the eighteenth after Knapp led on eleven, thirteen, fourteen and extra hole. Other divisions saw Karnes, Hamilton, Purves and Crocker claim consolation and division wins with Freeman, Hazen, Morrow, Ridgeway, Miller, Stern and McDonald among the noted contenders.
