Cleverness Saves Reynard in Novel Figure Rights Hunt
Cleverness saves sly reynard in a novelty figure rights hunt described as an hour and a quarter of pursuit. A ten mile figure eight and a north wind sweep lead to a final graceful reformation as master and Huntsman note reynard’s elusive craft and Nat’s puzzled, amused remarks. The scene ends with a return of the fox admired by the field gathered for Monday’s hunt.
