The HOLLY INN team won a bowling match over HE Department Store by eighty-one pins, 1,781 to 1,708. J Milton Robinson led for the Department Store with 457 total on strings of 127 146 and 184, while John Yager for The Inncom totaled 406 128 141 142.

Saturday Golf Tea At Club House Delights Attendees
Saturday golf tea drew a crowded crowd at the Golf Club House with a festive afternoon. Holy Communion will be celebrated by Rev Henry I Gregory in the Village Hall Sunday at ten. Special tournaments for cups and prizes are planned with dates to be announced. Vocal and pianoforte solos by Mr and Mrs W E Hervey were praised. Sunday services will be held in the Village Hall with Episcopal at ten and Union at eleven fifteen.
