Pleasant Prophesy of a Social Evening At The Carolina
A large, festive social at The Carolina began with an informal invitation and featured twenty four participants and many village guests. The event showcased novelty figures, a mirror scene, and a lively hurdle sequence as couples danced with playful refusals by a parasol bearing onlooker. Notable attendees included Mrs. Crockett, Mrs. Ends, Mr. Cost, and Miss Cheek, with an energetic organizing committee led by Mrs. Crockett and Cost.
