Jerry M Clement Dead in Pickens County
Jerry M. Clement longtime Pickens County resident died at his home near Pickens on September 25 from a complication of diseases. He was buried beside his home the following day. He operated a mill on Town Creek and was a skilled mechanic. Survived by his wife two sons and three daughters. He had prepared his own coffin and left funeral instructions that were followed. Community sympathy was expressed to the family.

Accidental Shooting Injures Local Negro in Easley
