Food Handling Course Proposal in Phoenix Planned
A proposal for a compulsory eight hour sanitation course for all food handlers in Phoenix awaits approval at a July 10 executive board meeting of Local 631, Hotel and Restaurant Employer and Bartenders Union. If approved, the plan goes to the Phoenix City Council as an ordinance.
