Upper Colorado River Office To Be Opened

Geoffrey Will, newly named executive secretary for the Upper Colorado River Basin Commission, says he will open an office in Grand Junction, Colorado. Will expects bureau projects to be ready for authorization next Fall or Winter and envisions the commission growing into the main agency for Upper Basin works, preventing a separate river authority.
