GE McIntyre visited the twin Pierres over Sunday. A full line of Gate City Stetson and Straw Hats was in stock at Linn's. J M Larson near Old Trail called in to Philip Saturday. Hughie McMphon, Old Trail sheep king, visited Philip Friday. Mrs Ricker and Miss Bessie Kennedy came from Grindstone Tuesday. Q Walden near Old Trail was in town Friday. Bury near Township 221 left Monday for the capital. M C Benedict will repair watches and jewelry at the Oldfield store building. Stamey county now has forty one school districts with new ones forming rapidly. A Finnegan of Ash Creek sold cattle to Mississippi Cattle Co last week, about 400 head at around 30.
