Boundaries Altered for West Kootenay and Yale Land Divisions
The Lands and Works Department announces changes to the Nelton Revelstoke Slocan and Similkameen Land Recording Divisions in West Kootenay and Yale Districts effective September 1 1908. The new boundary lines extend from the International Boundary through mountain summits, river divides, and lake basins to the 49th parallel, concluding at the point of commencement. Visitors accumulate at Peachland in early season spars
Mr Jaggon of Qu Appelle Saskatchewan spent most of the week as a guest of Mr and Mrs Needham. Miss Cunningham the lady superintendent of the Indian School at Fire Hills British Columbia stayed Thursday and Friday at the Sharpe home. Mrs Martin of Kelowna with her daughter and son and Rev Mr Fallis of Columbia College New Westminster have been camping on the beach enjoying the pleasures of Okanagan Lake.
