PennDOT calls young artists statewide to enter the annual aviation art contest themed The History of Flight. Two divisions for grades three to five will yield 22 statewide winners, each with a certificate and a mounted 16 by 20 inch copy for the student and school. Entries must be hand made on 8.5 by 11 or 9 by 12 inch paper, postmarked by Oct. 16, and mailed to the Bureau of Aviation in Harrisburg.
