Clearfield Hospital honors Better Breathing Center rehab gains
Teresa DeGrasse of Morrisdale credits The Better Breathing Center at Clearfield Hospital for COPD relief and lasting daily life gains. The 12 week pulmonary rehab includes breathing retraining, endurance training, education, nutrition guidance, and energy conservation with a team led by Dr Bruno Romeo and therapists. DeGrasse lost 18 pounds, lowered blood sugar and blood pressure, and reports easier breathing and greater independence.
