Special schedules on the OWRN to Pendleton and back include Baker to Pendleton Elgin to La Grande and Umatilla to Pendleton routes. On Sept 15 a train from Elgin departs 6 45 am connecting at La Grande then reaches Pendleton by 10 50 am. Return Sept 13 leaves Pendleton 7 00 pm arrives Elgin about 10 45 pm. Stops at all points. A steam service substitutes between Umatilla and Pendleton with No 15 and 16 motors Sept 10 and additional coaches Sept 11 12 13. Sept 14 through coaches run Pendleton Heppner and Pendleton Condon with late departures and Arlington connections. Low excursion rates from all stations.
