Roseburg Oregon November 25 Mayor Joseph Micelli was arrested after the Douglas County grand jury returned two sealed indictments charging violation of the local option law. The Roseburg Brewing and Ice Company faces the same charge. Micelli was released on $500 bond. The alleged offense dates back about a year.
