Man and woman bound dread in Chicago murder suicide

Montgomery Ala Nov 25 Two ordinances requiring the street car company to furnish separate cars for blacks and whites went into effect today. The company refused to obey and the system is up in arms as crews were arrested for running cars without the Jim Crow. General Manager Ragland and other officers are also under arrest. Professor Elton Fulmer head of the chemistry department at Washington State College will leave December first for Louisville Ky to attend the annual meeting of the pure food commission. There are eight members of this commission and Fulmer is the only member from west of the Mississippi River.
