County fair proves success at Athena
Athena Ore Nov 15 Special The high school country fair was a great success. A 4 o clock parade down Main street featured De Ringo's fake band then to the opera house where doors opened at 7 34 p m and crowded by 8 o clock. The fair featured a midway with curios, freaks of nature, and booths decorated in Japanese and German motifs. About 75 dollars was cleared.
