New York November 11 Attorney On horn summed up for the prosecution in the Molineux case and Judge Lambert charged the jury. The prisoner appeared worn and haggard as the judge explained degrees of murder manslaughter and the poison package as circumstantial evidence. The jury retired at 3 15 and returned a verdict of not guilty.

In Burts circuit court last week Blanche Horton was found guilty of adultery and sentenced to one year in the penitentiary. Her co‑defendant, George W. Hayes former ex officio land office broker, received a one year term and will serve in the penitentiary. A $20 nugget was recently found near the Fierce picker diggings in Poorman's Gulch near Grant's Pass.
