Boston reports that Hev. C. V. T. Richeson, who killed Avig Linnell, was moved from the city prison to Charleston State Prison this afternoon at 3 o clock. He has been placed in the death cell and will be executed.
Boston May 14 Rev Clarence Virgil Richeson once pastor of a Cambridge Baptist church must die for murdering his nineteen year old sweetheart Avis Linnell with cyanide poison. Last two alienist reports to Governor Foss showed no doubt of his insanity. Governor Fors signaled he will not intervene unless both final alienist reports declare insanity.
In Hyannis Massachusetts on May 14 Mrs. Linnell mother of Avis Linnell, a nineteen year old poisoned by Rev. C V T Richeson, demands justice and says Richeson should pay the penalty while praying for the electric chair to be spared.
Madison May 14 The defender of Cameron Dam John F. Dietz had his bid for a fourth retrial denied by the state supreme court. Dietz was convicted of killing two deputy sheriffs and sentenced to life imprisonment.
El Paso May 14 Generals Campa and Arquemeda rebel leaders reported missing after the big battle near Conchios Sunday were located today at Mapimi Mexico With 2000 men they were separated from Orozco's force They are entrenched.
Neighbors near Pittsburg say Evelyn Nesbit Thaw and her two year old son Anthony have stayed with the Holman family for two weeks, while detective Roger O Mara denies Thaw paternity and reports of the child seen in Brooklyn. Evelyn seeks a lump sum of 15,000 dollars to gain freedom from Harry Thaw, despite her 5,000 yearly income.
San Francisco May 14 a heavy vote is cast in the California primaries. It is estimated 106,000 votes will be cast, the first general election with women voting. Roosevelt Taft La Follette Clark and Wilson supporters claim gains. Stetson predicts Roosevelt by 77,400 votes. Dewitt Clark forces expect victory in every county. Speckies bets La Follette wins. Hammond says Taft to gain a handsome majority. A jurys quip follows.
Pendleton and Walla Walla launch the Tri State League season with a crowd at Round-Up Park. Strand beats Garrett 2–1 in the opening duel. Garrett wins his second. Walla Walla adds Pittman Rochon and Clyde Parks, with George White named manager. Harmon and Childers deal with injuries as Pendleton prepares for the next slate.

Gibbon rancher Dave Bonifer chased a fleeing yearling doe into swollen Meacham Creek. He rope captured the deer while horse and rider were swept 200 yards downstream. The animal is handed to Deputy Game Warden Averill and to be presented to State Game Warden Finley for possible release in the Wallowa county reserve.

Haywood followers pledged support despite losing control of convention committees. Francisco De Lara attacked Francisco Madero of Mexico and warned against US intervention, claiming Madero and family are wealthy landowners and accusing him of endangering American lives and property.

Edward M. O'Malley failed to appear for his wedding to Miss Mary Wineberg at Havertown. He returned home, then raced to his fiancée's house but was held back by friends. He later spoke with Miss Wineberg by phone and said nothing definite about the plan. He claimed to have gone to Philadelphia with 375 dollars to buy furniture, woke in Atlanta City with no money, borrowed a car, and headed home. The wedding was called off.
Federal troops report routing about two thousand Zapatitags near Tuanmunititlana. Eighty one rebels are reported slain in the fight.
Washington May 14 A recess was taken today in the inquiry into charges against Judge Archbold of the commerce court before the house committee on judiciary.
Hamley & Co will again supply the first prize saddle for the Round-up bucking championship. Directors of the wild wear show agreed this afternoon, with the firm promising a saddle priced not less than 250 dollars. Previous saddles won by Bert Kelley and Sid Seale showcased their workmanship.

In Pendleton police court Al Richardson and Thomas Williams, both described as Black men, were fined for disturbing the peace after a sixthe altercation in front of the Hotel St. George. A revolver discharged during the fight. Richardson faces 40 fine or 20 days, Williams 50 fine or 25 days.
