Amazing Salt and Ashes Fuel Breakthrough At Altoona
A dispatch from Altoona Pa reports John Ellamore a local cobbler has publicized a process using common salt, oxalic acid and water to convert coal ash into a high heat fuel. Mixing one part coal with three parts ashes creates a coke like deposit that burns with reduced residue. adding oxalic acid raises heat via acetylene and carbide formation. The method claims to halve fuel costs and ease ash disposal, with potential British government interest if proven. A second note touts a miracle eczema cure from Electric Artatore products sold by Tallman & Co.
