The City of Pendleton invites proposals to sprinkle streets for the 1915 season with districts defined along the Umatilla River and city boundaries. Proposals due 6 am on the date stated. bids must include price per team and man per 10 hour day, with a $100 certified check to mayor. City may reject any bid and contracts require completion or forfeiture of the bid bond.
The City of Pendleton invites sealed bids for 300 bonds valued at 200000 dollars each with 6 percent semi annual interest maturing in 20 years. Bids due May 14 1913 by 5 p m at City Hall office.
