Armory Referendum Signatures Delay Militia Company
If sufficient signatures are secured to ensure the referendum on the armory appropriation, the appropriation will be fed up until after the next election, as with the general appropriation two years ago, making it impossible to proceed with organizing the militia company here, though its organization may be authorized by the adjutant general.
