Turmoil continues in Germany as Von Noske steps down and Kapp loyalists depart Berlin. Von Dachtwits and Von Kapp exit. Ehrhardt brigade evacuated then burned records. In London a dispatch notes radicals resisting Ebert profits. a new cabinet favors independent socialists and communists. Reports from Stuttgart and Bavaria indicate ongoing clashes and a Bavarian premier elected.
United States Senate agrees to remain in session until all reservations on the peace pact are disposed of. Debate limited to twelve minutes per senator as final ratification moves near. A vote defeats Meed’s reservations on U S authority over questions of national honor and league jurisdiction.
