The Bishops may revise plans for a new woolen mill if an East Court street site cannot be secured. The city and W Byers demand 600 for their city portion and 1200 for Byers fractional lots. A higher cost and conspicuous placement on East end influence the builder’s choice and may trigger a less pretentious design. Roy T Bishop seeks terms to proceed.
