Idaho State Game Warden W N Stephens of Fremont county prepared to resign from the legislature. He will tender the resignation to Governor Gooding tonight or tomorrow as he visits the duties of the office with incumbent W Vanrons. The transfer to Morrow will place Stephens in charge Thursday morning.
Dr. A A Dougherty of Baker City has received a notice from Milwaukee Wisconsin tendering him the chair of electro-therapeutics at the Milwaukee Medical College. After consideration he will accept the post and with his family plans to move soon.
Santa Rosa, Cal, March 16. Herbert Fowler, 19, shot and killed himself last night at a residence in Sonoma during a dancing party. He was said to be jealous of a girl and blew out his brains in front of the entire company on the dancing floor.
