Rosa Sorenson, a resident of northwest Walla Walla, went into a violent frenzy last night, brandishing a butcher knife in her yard. Police attempted arrest after she barricaded herself inside and lunged at officers, eliciting a crowd. authorities fear a total mental collapse.
Flood conditions reported across central Texas with about an 81 foot rise on the Brazos river. Water five feet deep along streets in eastern Waco, all streams out of banks. Rainfall northern Texas expected to cause further damage and disrupt railroad traffic.
