Hermiston K of P forms Reclamation Lodge No 107 in Jan meeting
Hermiston Oregon January 21 special correspondence says the Hermiston lodge K of P held its first meeting and worked in the third degree forming Reclamation Lodge No 107. Nearly 60 members now, expected to be among the city's largest. Secretary George H Upthegrove of the Umatilla River Water Users association appointed United States commissioner. Howard Laughlin of Maxwell Land and Irrigation company returns from the east with parties considering lands under the project. Hotels in Hermiston busy as engineers begin the west extension. Curtiss to Rise From the Water at San Diego
