Trustees Hold Bankruptcy Meeting For F W Buhmlidt

At 10 this morning a meeting of the trustees of F W Buhmlidt bankrupt was held in Judge Heferce Fite Gerald court. The report shows preferred claims totaling 1600 for taxes referee fees and costs with those paid in full. Total other claims against the bankrupt reach 28600. The trustee report calls for 1 percent payment of these claims. Funds to cover pay are on hand and will be distributed after approval by the federal Judge in Portland. No objections were raised by creditors and payment of about 30 percent of each claim is expected within a short time.

Malt Lake February 14 In a police court preliminary hearing Harry Roberts testified for the state that bounty grafting schemes used fake hides from South America made to resemble coyote wolf and wild cat and that collectors paid from 25 cents to 1 95 each. The schemes gathered bounties on numerous pelts and the state was defrauded of over 920000.
