Los Angeles, Feb. R. W. Poll of Los Angeles will collect 3000 damages to recompense him for an accident caused by swallowing a tooth while under anaesthetic in a dentist chair. Judgment awarded by Superior Judge James. The tooth was swallowed in August 1907 and reappeared during a coughing fit, ending his chest pains and fears of bronchial or pulmonary trouble.
